La sabina, with twisted forms caused by withstand the constantly wind, is the brooding and mysterious, from the dissemination of their own seed caused mainly by crows, emblem of the smallest of the Canary Islands, El Hierro.

Its brown and gray, its curly wood, Its profile of truncate tree, of survivor, give it such an original, whimsical and so poetic presence that no traveler who comes to this small corner of the Earth is not  impressed after a visit to a forest of sabinas.
